Terms of Service

Welcome to Lovia. These terms are an agreement between you and Lovia governing your use of the Lovia iOS app and related services. By downloading, installing, or using Lovia you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.

The service

Lovia provides AI-powered virtual companion services, including character conversations, photo generation, and voice playback. All characters and their output are AI-generated and do not represent any real person, nor do they constitute professional advice of any kind.

Your account

• You create an account by signing in with Apple and warrant that the information you provide is accurate.
• Your account is for your personal use only and may not be sold, transferred, or lent.
• You may delete your account at any time in the app under Settings - Delete Account; all data is permanently erased and cannot be recovered.

Diamonds (virtual currency)

• Diamonds are consumable virtual items used within Lovia for messages, photo generation, voice playback, and similar features; current pricing is shown in the app.
• Diamonds are obtained through in-app purchases (processed by Apple) or by completing tasks; purchases are subject to Apple's terms.
• Diamonds can only be used within Lovia, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are non-transferable. Remaining diamonds are not refunded when you delete your account.
• Pricing and tiers may change; spending completed before a change is unaffected.

User conduct

You agree not to use Lovia to:

• violate applicable laws or regulations;
• reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the service through automation;
• use AI-generated content to impersonate real people, spread misinformation, or otherwise mislead;
• disrupt the service or access other users' accounts.

We may restrict or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your region) to use Lovia.

Intellectual property

The software, interface, character designs, and related content of Lovia are the intellectual property of Lovia or the respective rights holders. You may use shared conversation images for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content and are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the service.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time; material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
